Collection of personal information
360HR will collect personal information via sources including electronic, hard copy and verbal data from emails, resumes, interviews and referee comments. This may include contact details, skills, qualifications, and employment history. Information will be stored in the 360HR password protected database.
Use and disclosure of personal information
360HR will use personal information only for conducting recruitment and consulting services. Personal information about an individual will only be disclosed to a third party with the permission of the individual.
Accuracy and data quality
360HR will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant, accurate and up to date, prior to use and disclosure.
Access and correction
360HR will make every effort to correct personal information, which is not accurate, complete or up-to-date.
