360HR uses the term FlexiStaff to describe individuals who work as contractors, temporary employees, or casuals.

360HR Associates will provide advice to applicants who desire contract work.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

FlexiStaff may qualify to join the 360HR team as an Independent Contractor.

Ideally, Independent Contractors have an ABN and are registered for GST

Proof in writing is required to ensure the Independent Contractor has:

  • A Pty Ltd Company
  • Workers Compensation Insurance
  • Public and Products Liability Insurance
  • Professional Indemnity (where applicable)

Compulsory Third Party Insurance and Fully comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance (If using own vehicle for the purpose of work

Independent Contractors will be required to complete the 360HR Independent Contractor Agreement.
