Nigel has 10 years experience as a Consulting Engineer. He commenced his career at the NRMA as a Traffic Engineer and then joined Young Consulting Engineers. He helped grow the services, staff and client base of the Sydney office to become a well recognised Engineering Consultancy within Australia. Whilst in the position of Deputy NSW Manager, Young Consulting Engineers merged with Cardno and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange to become one of Australia’s largest growing and leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancies, with staff numbers nearing 2000. Nigel then held the position of Business Unit Manager, in charge of structural, civil, survey, building hydraulics and Sydney Water design and project management engineering services, at Cardno’s newly opened Norwest office.

He has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), was a representative for design on Sydney Water’s External Quality Council and holds a number of memberships with professional engineering organisations including:
